We want you to be fully satisfied with your Flamingo Estate harvest; however, due to the artisanal nature of our home and apothecary goods, we can only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unused items in their original shipping box, ensuring fragile glass or botanical products are secured with the provided eco-friendly padding.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our estate team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
